• A non refundable 15% booking deposit is required at the time of booking

• Full payment is due 14 days prior to your stay

• Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of the arrival date are non refundable

• Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date will receive a refund less the 15% deposit

• Bookings are subject to a £50 cleaning fee
