Frequently
Asked Questions
Can I bring my dog?
We don’t accept dogs at this time, sorry!
Can I come on my own?
Of course! The rates are per cabin not per person so this won’t change the cost, but you can eat double breakfast and sleep diagonally.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have lots of space for parking and an electric charge point should you need it.
Can you accommodate my food intolerances?
No problem, just make sure to let us know ahead of you stay so we can stock up the cabin with suitable breakfast goodies.
It’s a special occasion, can I pre order treats?
We are working on our guest packages and will have fizz, flowers and treat options available on the website soon, but just drop us an email in the meantime!
Is there a minimum stay?
Bookings can be made for a minimum of two nights and up to five nights, if you’d like to stay longer please get in touch
What is the capacity?
The cabins sleep two adults.
What is included in my stay?
Bookings are inclusive of a continental breakfast, tea, coffee and juice. Other meals are additional.
What are the check in/check out times?
Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. If you would like to discuss late checkout, please get in touch to check availability
How do I check in?
The cabins have a key box for self check in, guests will receive the code a few days ahead of their booking, so you can arrive anytime after check in.
Can I cater for myself?
Absolutely! The Midford Valley cabins share a location at Castle Farm with a great restaurant which you are welcome to use when it is open. But the cabins are fully equipped for you to self cater, with breakfast included.
Is there a shop nearby?
Yes, the restaurant has a small farm shop with a few basics but there is a Tesco Express/petrol station and a large Sainsburys a short drive up the road in Odd Down. Both are walkable distances.
